Deep Longspan Steel Joists are relatively lightweight shop-fabricated steel trusses. Deep Longspan Steel Joists are used for the direct support of roof slabs or decks between walls, beams and main structural members. The LH- and DLH-Series have been designed for the purpose of extending the use of joists to spans in excess of those covered by Open Web Joists.
Similar to LH-Series joists, DLH-Series (Deep Longspan) joists are specifically designed to address longer span conditions and provide robust support for heavier loads. These joists offer standardized depths ranging from 52″ to 120″ and impressive spans of up to 240 feet. Additionally, DLH joists retain the versatility of incorporating special profiles to cater to diverse project requirements and adapt to various conditions.
